FORBIDDEN FOODS:

With gluten : Wheat, barley, oats, rye, kamut, pastries, viennoiseries, cakes, bars, confectioneries, breakfast cereals & mueslis, pizzas, quiches, all non verified industrial preparation and designations: malt (barley), maltodextrin & starch–except «rice» specified.

With casein: : Animal milk, butter, margarine if it contains milk or compounds from milk, fresh cream, cheese, dessert creams, yoghurts, ice creams and all products with milk (cakes, viennoiseries, bars, diverse confectioneries, chocolate – even black, and so on). Replacer milk by rice milk, coconut milk, almond milk.

With soy: :Milk ,Tofu



FOODS TO AVOID DEPENDING ON INDIVIDUAL SENSITIVITIES:

Corn, eggs, citrus fruit, tomatoes, apples, chocolate, mushrooms, peanuts, spinach, bananas, garden peas.

To avoid Avoid: sugar, sodas, phosphates, color agents & preservatives….

Authorised Cereals :
Quinoa, buckwheat, millet, rice, amarantH, tapioca, manioc.

Authorised foods depending on individual sensitiveness:
Walnut,hazel nuts,almonds,avocado, olive and……



RECOMMENDED FOODS:

  • Vegetables : First: cauliflower, broccoli, French bean, marrow, aubergine, carrot, leek, cucumber, beetroot, mushrooms, pumpkin, salads etc…
    Then: potatoes, brown chestnut, chestnut, leguminous plants (lentil, peas, beans)

  • Meat :All
    Beware of: pork, butchery products containing milk and wheat syrup: check carefully labels on ham, sausage and so on.

  • Fish Preferably: small fish (fatty fish) sardine, mackerel, anchovy, herring, halibut, so as to avoid an excess of mercury from big fish (tuna, swordfish)

  • Breakfeast: Dried fruit, seeds, gluten free cereals, eggs, ham, homemade cake, honey, sugar free jam or stewed fruit, rice milk, coconut milk, almond milk, gluten free bread, home made pancakes or waffles.

  • Desserts : Raw or stewed fruit as a priority: banana, grapes (good for detoxification), pear, plum, pineapple, apricot and so on. Home made pastries with chestnut flour, rice flour, buckwheat flour, oil (olive oil ,grapes seeds oil), eggs and little bit of sugar.

  • Assaisonnement : huile (olive, graines de courge, colza, pépins de raisin, noix) et des herbes fraîches.

  • Snacks : Fruit, preserved fruit, home made cakes

  • Drinks : Water: alternately fresh water & mineral water. Fruit juice: ananas, apricot, grapes, vegetable juice if appreciated, orange & red fruit juice subject to medical screen test.

  • Seasoning Oil (olive oil, gourd seeds oil, colza oil, grapes seeds oil, walnut) & fresh herbs
